Meet the Soul Behind Soulistic Therapy
I don’t offer a blueprint—I offer a lantern
I’m Tamara—therapist, intuitive guide, space-holder, and fellow human walking the sacred (and often messy) path of healing and becoming.
I created Soulistic Therapy because I don’t believe healing means fixing what’s wrong—I believe it means understanding that you were never wrong to begin with. You don’t have to earn worthiness by becoming more or doing it “right.” Real transformation happens when we stop trying to be someone else and start showing up as who we actually are—messy, honest, human, and whole.
I don’t just bring training to this work—I bring lived experience. I’ve sat with grief, identity shifts, relational rupture, and the aching question so many of us quietly carry: Is there more to this life than just surviving it?
My path began in traditional social work—first in Kansas, then with a Master’s from the University of Denver. I spent years working with children, families, and individuals navigating complex trauma, substance use, abuse, and systemic disenfranchisement. What I learned then still holds true: even in the most painful places, there is strength. There is light. There is something deeper waiting to be known.
Over time, I felt called to go beyond what conventional therapy could hold. I sought out transpersonal and integrative practices—hypnotherapy, past life regression, dreamwork, creative processing, spiritual psychology. Not because I was chasing answers, but because I was following something ancient in me. Something that whispered: healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the soul.
Now, my work is for those who are ready to meet themselves—fully, honestly, and with reverence. I work with people on the edge of awakening—those who are highly self-aware but spiritually hungry, those who crave depth and resonance, those who long to feel seen not just as functional, but as whole.
Soulistic Therapy isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering.
And my job is to walk beside you as you do.
